Camp
We are absolutely thrilled to announce our very first Upside Down Yoga Kids Camp, right in the heart of San Francisco! We understand the diverse needs of families and are beyond excited to offer a flexible schedule that's designed to accommodate your busy lives while providing a nurturing and enriching environment for your little ones. Our meticulously planned program combines the benefits of yoga, the creativity of arts and crafts, and the educational power of movies. The camp will be open twice a year, during the first three weeks of July for summer and from December 16 to January 5 for winter, with 20 spots available in the morning and 20 in the afternoon. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity!
Summer Programing
Camp Schedule:

•Morning Session (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Ages 3 to 6•
Afternoon Session (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Ages 7 to 12
Each session is crafted to provide your children with a balanced experience that supports their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Here's what a typical day at camp looks like:•
Yoga: We start with a 40-minute yoga session tailored to each age group. Our experienced instructors guide the children through fun and engaging yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness while also fostering a sense of calm and focus
.•Arts & Crafts: Following a brief snack and bathroom break, we dive into an hour of creative arts and crafts. These activities are designed to stimulate imagination, enhance fine motor skills, and encourage self-expression. Each project aligns with the day's yoga theme, making the experience cohesive and immersive
.•Educational Movies: We conclude each session with a curated educational movie that aligns with our camp's values of learning and discovery. These films are selected to be both entertaining and thought-provoking, offering insights into various cultures, sciences, and life lessons.
The camp program is still being customized and we haven't finalized yet. Once it's done,'ll share it with families.
Best regards,
Patricia - the founder.
