Cancelation

At Upside Down Yoga Kids, we strive to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all our young yogis and their families. To ensure we can maintain the highest quality of service, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation Policy Please note that we do not accept cancellations made through our website. This helps us manage our class schedules more effectively and ensure all spots are filled.
Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule a class, we are happy to accommodate your request within a month of the original class date. To request a reschedule, please email us at upsidedownyogakids@gmail.com

Additional Policies to Protect Our Community:

  1. Rescheduling Notice: To help us manage our schedule efficiently, please make your rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

  2. No-Show Policy: If a student does not attend a scheduled class and no rescheduling request is made, the class will be forfeited.

  3. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Late Arrivals: To minimize disruptions, students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.

  5. Class Capacity: To ensure quality instruction, all classes have limited capacity. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  6. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, credits may be issued for future classes under special circumstances, at our discretion.
